Your Mission:
As an Administrative Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
• Preparing student application files and verifying their completeness and compliance
• Managing and following up on application and admission procedures
• Coordinating administrative steps related to admissions
• Communicating with students to answer their questions and address specific needs
Required Skills:
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Minimum Bac+5 degree
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Personal Qualities:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic
• Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’adaptation.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality
